It's been a while since I've played along with CSI and I've missed them! Their case file no. 27 looked like so much fun and it felt so good to play along!

I journaled in rhyme: Up toward the light the kite rose, to try and touch that sun with the tip of its nose...up, up and away it goes!

ReplyDeleteSqueezing this post in the exact same nap time so I know what you mean! LOVE this!!!! I try to do the whole palette knife on kraft paper thing and it just never works for me- this is so bright and cheerful- love the sun and the color!

Love your poetic journaling, and the photo with the blown out corner, and your painty-stampy-textured sun on that same side carrying through. *Sigh*...you've put me in a dreamy place.

You know what popped into my head when I looked at this page....a child's storybook or book of poems. I think you could be published....food for thought!! Love this layout!
